Returns & Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. What products? Hair products, lashes, lip gloss and lip stick. These products cannot be resold after being worn or handled by customer.
• If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email. You can cancel your order 24 hours from the original purchase date.
• Exchanges and Refunds are only applicable in the event we mistakenly sent the wrong items. If this happens, please send us an email at: beautifulbylujane@gmail.com, with a picture uploaded of the item you received and a brief description of what you were supposed to receive, with order number. Items must be sent back in the condition it was sent to you and in the original packaging within 5 days of receiving the package.
• Returns are only accepted for wrong items you received. Once we receive the item and complete the inspection of the item your order will be processed and sent out overnight shipping. If we do not have the item in stock, we’ll refund your account in full based on the condition the item is sent. So please keep in mind to send the item back in the condition it was sent. Thank you for understanding.

Lost/Stolen

• We are not responsible for lost, damaged and stolen packages. There is no refund or replacement on lost/stolen packages.
• If you do not think you will be home to receive your package during the expected delivery date/time. Please contact your local USPS post office and they can hold your package.
